Since they live with me, I don’t grab the camera very often (try almost never now), unless someone mentions it. And no one mentions it.

So, the guilt got so bad, I had to stop and create them their own blog, complete with rating system (just click the stars), commenting functions and scrollable light boxes.

Overkill? Probably. But it was a lot of guilt.

I will try to do better. You know, you could call from time to time and remind me to break out the camera.

I love my grandkids and love showing them off. I consider myself one of the luckiest women alive today and couldn’t help myself, I had to share.

This site is dedicated to Raven and Tallen, and to the extended family and friends who want to watch them grow and learn – even if it is from miles away.

This new format will allow a couple of features I have long wanted on the site, but been too busy to implement since it would require a substantial time investment.

I think it’s important to allow everyone watching little Raven and Tallen grow up be able to comment on the photo’s I put online. Half the fun of bragging about your grandkids is hearing that others agree with you. (I did mention I have been called demented grandmother, right?)

The blog will let you add your comment to your favorite photo (or any/all others) and let the rest of the family read it. You can also rate the photo’s on a 5 star scale. The more popular photo’s (those with more ratings), will have their own section as well. This means if you’ve only got a minute to show off your niece and nephew/grand-daughter and grand-son/great-granddaughter and great-grandson, then you can just direct traffic to the *most popular* page. All your favorites should be there.
